Nearly every deposition opens the same way. Opposing counsel establishes something you cannot reasonably disagree with — an average, a number, a line from your own first report — and then spends the next hour measuring your patient against it.
That move is called anchoring, and it is the most common reason good clinical care reads badly on a transcript. This module teaches you to hear the anchor land, refuse it without sounding evasive, and put the answer back on your own record.
