These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, courses, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by JOURNEY CONCEPTS LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service offers educational courses and documentation training for personal-injury chiropractors, along with interactive AI-powered tools (including the Deposition Brain and the Hot Seat) that generate educational responses and practice feedback from curated source material. All content and tool output is provided for educational and informational purposes only. The Service does not provide legal advice, and it does not establish a clinical standard of care. Output from the AI tools is generated by artificial intelligence, may contain errors, and must be independently verified. See our Disclaimer for more detail.
To access purchased content, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Courses are sold individually and, where offered, as a bundle. Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your full payment card details. Upon successful payment, you receive access to the purchased content for your personal, non-commercial use. Access is granted to the individual account holder and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
Because our courses are digital and access is granted immediately, refunds are available within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase, provided you have not completed a substantial portion of the purchased module. To request a refund, contact us at alignedbyboykins@gmail.com with your account email and order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show signs of abuse (for example, completing the content and then requesting a refund).
You agree not to: share your account or purchased content with others; copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly post the course materials; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract content in bulk; or access the AI tools through automated means, or in a manner intended to circumvent usage limits. You further agree not to submit protected health information, patient identifiers, case names, claim numbers, or any confidential case information to any part of the Service, including the AI tools; you are responsible for de-identifying any material before submitting it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All course content, text, graphics, video, downloadable materials, and the underlying software are owned by JOURNEY CONCEPTS LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own professional education. It does not transfer ownership or grant any right to redistribute.
The Service is educational. It does not provide legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and does not establish or substitute for a clinical standard of care. You are solely responsible for your own clinical decisions, documentation practices, and compliance with the laws, regulations, and professional standards that apply to you in your jurisdiction. See the Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will achieve any particular result, including any legal, clinical, or financial outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JOURNEY CONCEPTS LLC and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JOURNEY CONCEPTS LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
