That is the scope trap, and it is the only tactic where the winning answer is a refusal. Every other attack punishes you for what you did. This one punishes you for being helpful โ for answering a question your license does not cover, because refusing felt like weakness. This module teaches you to decline explicitly, name whose determination it actually is, return to your own record, and then stop talking.
When you finish, you will be able to
01Recognize a scope trap โ an invitation to opine past your license, usually phrased as a compliment or an agreement.
02Decline explicitly, without the hedging language that functions as an opinion anyway.

04Name who does own a determination, so declining reads as precision rather than evasion.
05Own an impairment rating while bounding it to what was actually evaluated.
06Separate documenting a reported symptom from diagnosing the condition behind it.
07Stop talking once the boundary is stated, because elaboration is how scope creeps.
